Students have been checking in this week and sharing their experiences from Saturday's class. Here is what we learned;
Though the stretches and acupressure points I teach are simple beyond simple. Easy to master. Might not even look like a big deal ... they are powerful.
I know this because I have cradled thousands of beautiful, sweet heads between my hands and felt all the stuff that swirls within them. And, I have felt them grow quiet. Clear.
When I teach a room full of people working on themselves and each other, I am there as guide. Witness. Mirror.
- Head massage makes you drool out the corner of your mouth,
- Head massage brings up emotions you didn't know were there,
- Head massage sparks creativity,
- Hey, my kids need to know how to do this,
- Head massage sits you right down for a rest,
- (we like head massage!).

I watch strangers take simple instructions and work age-old Thai massage techniques with ease. There is wisdom in these old methods, and it springs forth every single time we gather to practice it.
Being in a room with over a dozen people who are clearing their heads is a full on experience. Me? It takes me a few days to digest and to clear.
Today is a great day. Rested and ready for the new. Which for me is translating these beautiful classes into e-courses. I am digging deep into the well of my own personal experience to work magic with exercises, stories, videos and photography that inspire you to learn this wise and old work for yourself. Just as we did last Saturday.
