Thai Partner Yoga

Thai Massage is famed for its yoga-based pairs stretching. Wouldn't it be great to do a little of this stuff at home with your sweetie, your mom or the kids?

Our Thai Partner Yoga classes teach you the basics (and a few special tricks). It's fun, lighthearted, and not just for the super flexible. Private classes for one couple and semi-private classes for two couples by appointment.

Thai Partner Yoga instructor Pamela Herrick is a Thai Massage therapist and loves helping couples learn paired stretching as a sweet way to communicate and support one another. All classes $70 for one hour of Partner Yoga tailored to your needs and ability.

Sweetheart's Thai Herbal Massage

Join me on Saturday, February 11 from 10 to 12 for a lovely Valentine's Day couple's massage class. Thai partner stretching and steamed herb pack massage with your sweetie. Class limited to three couples. $60 per couple includes a pair of herbal massage packs to take home. Reservations required.
